Entrepreneurship is tough, really really tough… you might have been sold the opposite by people who want to sell you shit, but it’s not.
People only see the big houses, the fancy cars, the cash, not the hurdles you go through to earn them.
It took me three years of sleepless nights to build this blog, it took me 5 years to start making serious money online (not with this blog, I run it for you), it took me 10 years and a failed million dollar business to get where I am today.
You always pay your dues, there’s no way around it.
This is why I prepared those 10 principles entrepreneurs live by.
My personal most important is patience. Ever since I started my first company in 2006, I’ve always had trouble with being patient, and to tell you the truth this is why I lost it… after I started my online business, I realized it was extremely important to understand once and for all patience was essential…
…and I can say if I had not awakened to that fact, I would have probably failed one more time. We live in a world where everything moves fast, therefore we have adopted the desire for fast results, and it is understandable, yet you know the saying:
“Good things take time”
or something like that.
To the principles
Grow Balls
Being a wussy will not take you far at all. It takes huge balls to be an entrepreneur.
I don’t care if that’s too in the face… you have to accept it.
You will face all kinds of trouble along the road to building a massive business. Believe me, I know… for the seven years I’ve been in business I have failed a lot, more than I needed (I think), I thought the road to riches wasn’t that bad, I was just unlucky, but it turned out this was entrepreneurship…
…it’s nothing like waiting for the paycheck, at the end though it’s worth all the struggle, the harder achieving it, the sweeter the victory.
I have lived through a bankruptcy, business partnership problems, a lot of struggle every time I tried to expand the company and a lot more… and every time things got ugly I knew those exact moments were the ones I had to stand up and push even harder.
Now I’m rich as fuck and feel awesome… and look awesome.
Have Faith In Yourself
You are the only person you can blindly believe in, because the one person that will not mislead you is you. Everybody else plays games… they don’t care about you and this is how it is. Even though it’s quite popular nowadays to say help a lot, people don’t really mean it, that’s just marketing, and it sells.
It’s pretty hard to be the only person to listen to, yet I’m telling you – do it. Listen to you and believe in you, all my success comes from following my guts.
The reason Steve Jobs became the most awesome entrepreneur is because he always listened to himself first and I strongly recommend you Steve Jobs’ autobiography, it’s an extraordinary book that everybody should read…
…and of course read mine too:

mine is a bit more entertaining… and crazy 🙂
Failure Is Just A Part Of The Game And It’s The Secret To Success
Failing is not fun, yet it was sir Richard Branson who said:
“The secret to success is failure”
I believe that speaks for itself… however I will only add there is no other thing that can teach like failure.
I have learned my most important lessons while failing in business and life.
There was one more saying:
“If you haven’t failed so far, then you haven’t been in business long enough”
…I like it a lot.
The Hardest Thing To Open Is A Closed Mind
This one I borrowed from a fellow entrepreneur, but it is so true and so right for this article that I had to share it. No matter what you do and how good you are at it, you will always have those who just don’t want to hear you.
They are the ones that know it all, the close minded… you just have to leave them behind. It is unhealthy do deal with such people, because their problem is on another level.
The moment you stumble onto such a person, better move on. Those people are most times hopeless, poor and even worst – not open for growth or learning.
Do Not Quit
This one is huge… quitting is not something entrepreneurs do. It is not easy to hold it when nothing happens and you struggle, but there will be a lot of times when you will just have to not quit even if you feel a lot of pain.
As I said in the beginning, entrepreneurship is pretty hard and it requires a lot of strength and will power. I know “do not quit” has turned into a cliché and everybody keeps repeating it even though they don’t understand the true meaning of it, yet you just have to know quitting is not an option.
Tough times don’t last, tough people do.

Do What You Love Only! Not Just What You Like, But What You Love
Doing what you love is the only way that’s fun and healthy. You have to be passionate about what you do, you have to be ready to give anything to make it happen. The most successful entrepreneurs are those who love what they do.
It is not enough to just want to be rich and have nice things, as a matter of fact if you are in just for the money you might never make it. You have to be in the game because you like playing it… then if this is the case you will start making money at some point.
Besides, there is no point to do something you don’t like, is there?
It’s way much more fun to do the things you like… money will come somehow.
Do Not Believe Everything You Hear
This principle has also been tough for me to understand since I’ve always believed there’s no point of talking stupid… turns out though most people don’t know what the hell they are talking about… what’s even worst is some of them don’t know they don’t know.
Which is why you have to be really careful who you listen to… following the wrong people is the worst thing you could do when trying to grow a business, no matter what business.
When I was starting out online there were many so called veterans online among my friends… and they were all jumping over each other to give me advice what to do to make money. The weird thing is I hadn’t even asked, yet they were ready to guide me… and you know what, If I had listened to them I would have become the same wanna be.
I wanted something else though, which is why I started following only people who made at least 20 000 a month, because they were the ones I knew I could learn from.
Tough Times Don’t Last, Tough People Do
I already mentioned this principle above because it’s awesome and extremely important to remember. There are a lot of mishaps along an entrepreneur’s path, yet they all vanish with time, they are all temporary.
When you are tough to live through them – that’s forever. Tough people last, and find a way no matter what.
Don’t Get Financial Advice From Sales People
Ironically they are exactly the ones who are always first to give advice about making money. You don’t want financial advice from people whose only purpose is to make the sale. They don’t care about you… they care about selling.
It’s extremely important to understand this, otherwise you will most likely lose money. You should only take advice about money from people who make lots and don’t care about it that much. They are the ones that will give true assistance, and not only trick you into buying something, or investing stupidly.

Care More About Your Customers Than Your Profit
I know profit is important and we are all in to make money, yet the customer is the one you should think about the most. You know what they say:
“It only takes 1 000 thousand raving fans to turn your book into a best seller”
…meaning once you get to know how to treat your fans and customers right so they want to come back to you again you will really start making money. The moment you realize customer satisfaction is more important than just caring about sales, you will start to grow.
This saying means one more thing – you can make more money out of 1000 people than some make out of millions. This is how important it is to take good care of your customers.
All the things I’ve done in life I’ve done thinking how to deliver the best…
When I started my first fast food back in 2006, I built such a cool place people were amazed.
It was comfortable, awesome looking, the food was extremely cheap and tasty and people loved it… and I made a lot of money. I did not even care about profits that much, because I knew if I created something crazy good it would eventually pay out big time.
I believe you see why customers come first… they are the fuel of your business and your growth.
These 10 principles keep every entrepreneur on the right track. They are all major and people who want big things in life follow them. I hope they will assist you on your path to wealth.
