What’s going on my friend?
Today I felt like writing an article that will help you get the most out of your blog, or ecom site, or marketing campaigns in general.
I’m not gonna repeat how vital collecting leads is, you already know that… or maybe I have to a little.
When I started online everybody talked about email marketing being dead, lead generation being useless and shit like that… I almost quit it since I wasn’t getting any leads and thought it wasn’t me, but email email marketing being saturated like people had been saying, yet the person I taught from constantly repeated:
“collect leads, collect leads, collect leads”
I kept pushing because of them and now I have a huge list, lots of friends and know those people who say email marketing is dead know nothing about it.
Yes, it is more difficult, but it’s still the only way to make serious money… and will be for a long time.
Let me list 6 best, awesome and cheap lead generation tools and help you kick ass online.
This is my personal favorite not only because it has everything from sidebar forms to exit intent technology, but because it also costs $67 bucks… and that’s a one time fee.
Yah, I couldn’t believe it either.
They’ve also recently added some new cool features like smart links that help you show different calls to action to existing subscribers, content upgrades and content locking.
See it in action here:
Looks like I should have charged the Thrive team for this article LOL… kidding, they have just put an awesome product at a normal price and I had to tell you about them.
You can get everything they offer (themes, plugins, content builder, landing pages, headline optimizer, clever widgets etc.) for 19 bucks a month.
How cool is that?
You can also buy each theme separately for whatever price it is.
I’m personally not very keen on monthly charges, yet products like this are worth it every penny.
I’ve been using this tool since it came out as a plugin back in 2012 or 2013, don’t really remember the year.
It’s a cloud based app now, which means you can control everything from just one dashboard.
My blog is all powered by Optinmonster… popups, sidebar forms, everything.
Clickfunnels is like LeadPages but with a heavy emphasis on the full sales funnel, not just the landing page.
You can design opt-in forms and funnels.
You can create a full sales funnel.
You can set up webinars and a webinar-based funnel.
You can even create member sites and product launches that require an exclusive membership fee or members-only access.
It will take me a few days to list all you can do with it, so I took a photo of it compared to other software:

5 Wp Subscribe
Wp Subscribe is a free lightweight optin form plugin for wordpress.
Just install & activate, then head to your widgets page and add the widget to whichever widget area you like.
Then enter your details for one of the email providers – currently MailChimp, AWeber and Feedburner are supported.
You can then customize the text used in the opt-in form by clicking the “Labels” option.
For $29 you can upgrade to a pro version that has exit intent technology, popup animation, popup triggers (when to open popups), newsletter box below or above content and more cool stuff.
6 Lead Generation Plugin
Update
The lead generation plugin is gone and I’ve removed the links to it.
It’s sad, it was a nice plugin… and it was only 37 bucks, but I guess the author didn’t make enough money to support it or something.
Anyway, I’ll keep checking with them and if the plugin becomes available again, I’ll come back and update the article.
This is the shit if you want a baddass blog like mine but are on a tight budget.
I personally am a bit jealous lead generation tools weren’t that cheap years ago.
