Who do you get financial advice from, rich or salespeople? Have you thought about this?
Salesmen give financial advice left and right, but they only care about the sale.
They don’t care about you, or me, or anybody else, they are good at selling… yet almost every blog is run by salespeople trying to get prospects…
…don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with selling, I love selling, you should too… just don’t get financial advice from people who make money even if you lose.
Why? you ask
Although obvious, when a person is only good at selling, but lousy at business, they don’t care about their customers and whether they would win or lose, as soon as they make the sale they are gone, if you have been around for a while you know what I’m talking about very good… if you haven’t, good thing you are reading this, I did not have your luck and the lessons I’m teaching you now cost me a fortune… and a lot of sleepless nights doing useless things, things salespeople had been advising me to do.
While browsing the net I stumbled upon a lot of sleazy salespeople, they are everywhere, you’ve most likely followed quite a few already, I listened to everything they said and followed every advice they gave, because one can’t be good at everything, I sucked at marketing and had to learn it.
That cost me quite a lot… and I don’t even care about the money, but I wasted a few years doing useless shit… but I also learned how to sell, cause who knows how to do it better than salespeople?
I wasted a few years, learned how to sell (maybe I did not completely waste them) and switched to listening to rich people… and I don’t mean $5k/month rich, rich as me today, and things started to get where they were supposed to be.
Fast forward to today and I’m rich again, even though I lost my company and had to start from scratch again not knowing anything about marketing and the internet in general, heck, I didn’t even know what a backlink was LOL, I’m serious, I just couldn’t understand what it was.
I see a lot of people blindly believing marketers… which leads them to struggle, this is why I decided to write this article.
Salespeople know how to motivate, how to tell success stories, how to make you think they care about you and if you are naive enough to believe all that crap you buy from them mostly things that are good for nothing.
Rich people are not like that, they truly care about the things that matter – people.
Take a look at me, I’m telling you all this, you can’t read it anywhere online because it doesn’t sell, but I don’t care about the sale, I want you to be happy and safe out there in the jungle called Internet.
Have you ever wondered why the heck so many people fail online? …why there is so much hype?
People fail because they listen to the wrong guy.
As for the hype, all marketers can do is market, hype simply sells… and it sells almost anything, that’s why it’s used mainly for crappy products, quality such don’t really need that much hype.
When the hype dies and people start losing money (or see they lost money) everything becomes a big mess.
Get your financial advice from people who have money and are not only after making you buy. Poor people only care about the sale, keep that in mind.
Rich people care more about their business and their products being more valuable, rather than hyped. They also care about their customers, because they are the fuel of every business, plus entrepreneurship is more than selling, it’s adding value, opening jobs, caring. Financial education is important, when learned from the right people.
