What the heck is giveaways selling?
The term, I just made up, though selling free stuff is all the rage right now.
Yep, you read it right, it’s free, but not free at same time.
You see, selling changes as quickly as technology, you have to adapt to make the big cash.
I’ve used this method to sell big, all the big dogs have been using it too and now it’s your time, only if you want to make millions.
Here’s how it works:
1 Create a product
Something that solves someone’s problem (the bigger the problem, the more people would be interested) – might be a book, a webinar, a video course, anything.
2 Set up a sales funnel
Everything you do online should go through a sales funnel, especially when you are only monetizing the back end.
You need Clickfunnels, that’s what I use.
3 Setup that giveaway
If it’s a book, shoot a video and on the landing page ask people where to ship the book like my buddy Russel did here:
Giveaway the book and let people only pay the shipping fees.
You can do the same with mp3 players, webinars, training courses, anything.
4 Make the second step an upgrade step
You know, sell whatever else you are selling (it’s a good idea to be related to the original offer), you can add as many bump offers as you want, but anything over four is too much, three is ok, you can add the forth (the most expensive one) on the thank you page.
If you are popular, the thank you page will convert like crazy whatever you put there.

And don’t forget to leave the option to only get the free book and pay for the shipping, you will upsell people who don’t buy later.
5 Use exit intent technology to get those who want to leave without the book
They will not be that many, but why lose them?

Offer them something for their emails.
6 Separate those who got the book
Aweber is my email marketing software.
People who already bought from you are very likely to buy again, and people who received something for free from you and paid the shipping are almost certain repeat buyers.
We all love to buy, we don’t like to be sold, but love to buy.
Giveaway selling eliminates the being sold part, which is why it works like nothing else and has been the new technique that makes fortunes lately.
You have to get creative and optimize your sales funnel to perfection to sell nowadays.
