I was wondering whether to post this or not (number 3 says why), yet I wanted you to know the truth about Dubli… you deserve it.
Before I begin, you should know a few things:
1 I’m in no way affiliated with Dubli
2 I have nothing against network marketing, though I think it’s kinda funny (wrote this article back when I used to think it was all about the facts, not so much about entertainment, it’s still a damn straight post)
3 I only care about providing the best content possible, It’s obvious to me how these companies operate and how their “leaders” LOL (sorry, tried to be serious when I said leaders, but I couldn’t) use all the same fake stories to join as many people as possible…
…but hey, I’m not the one to say if that’s right or not, I just care for you and want you to have a place where you could read awesome articles that make a difference, which is why the blog is so gangsta.
I think we are ready now… right to the meat:
What is Dubli?
Ain’t gonna bore you with who the founder is and how long the company has been in business, you can read that everywhere online… I’m going to tell you the vital about Dubli and what I think about it.
Dubli had been into auctions before they switched to the cashback business right before they entered the US market. The auctions are nothing to concentrate that much on, they obviously weren’t such a success since they switched… or maybe they went for the better cashback market.
What is cashback?
Cashback is when you go to a site, buy something and they give you back some of the money… kinda like a savings coupon or a discounted offer, only you get some of the money back instead of paying less.
Most use it to make you go buy more from them, it’s a marketing strategy that works well for companies that suck mostly, it also saves you money when you buy stuff online.
Sounds great, doesn’t it?
Although I have never been into cheapness, it’s actually cool to save money whenever you can, which is why Dubli switched to this business instead of running dumb auctions.
So far so good.
They have created something like an online mall where you can just buy stuff, book flights, or download games and software and get some of the money back, they’ve also created a browser toolbar you can use to spot cashback offers.
There’s nothing wrong with all that, really… as I already said, it’s cool to save money every now and then, yet they just had to make the whole thing a crappy kinda MLM, but more of a … you know what I mean, don’t really want to use the P word.
Here’s how the whole system works
1 Dubli make a deal with a retailer (or a restaurant, or whatever) to list their products in that online mall
2 The retailer gets traffic and sales
3 Dubli gets a cut of those sales
4 You get cheaper price for mostly crappy offers (they are still cheaper).
This is known as a win-win-win situation.
But this wasn’t enough for Dubli, so they made the business MLM (more of a P word), this is the only way to get people to pay monthly for their service…
…how can you not pay when you have all those fake people pretending to be gods to impress you to follow them and buy? (don’t wanna mention names, yet they are all the same, they just switch to the company that pays them the most to fake it not till they make it, but till they join as any people as they could LOL)
And now we have that ‘new’ company that will make you super rich fast because of their incredibly hot products/services that everybody just have to buy…
Оf course it does, this is the slogan of every network marketing company. They all have those amazing super duper products that are actually good for their affiliates only, who stay in and use those products only because they want to be like their mentors (but not really, as their mentors are fakers who know nothing else but lie to make money), so they have to pretend they sell something extremely valuable.
So far still good, not so much but still good LOL
Ok, so they have that mall you can use to buy stuff and get cash backs… they have the browser tool, too.
But how are they going to make money off of you?
They have to charge you for using that store, and here’s where the MLM kicks in, since no one would actually pay for something that is supposed to be free, or reasonably priced at least, if they weren’t brainwashed. They charge you so you can get a bigger cashback percentage.
Don’t really remember what they charge, but the more you pay, the more cashback you get… but not really, just go on.
But before you go on, think about how dumb paying more to get more money back actually is when you buy all the same products. It’s like buying a ball for 10 bucks from my online mall and me charging you 5 more bucks to give you back 3, then 6 to give you back 4 and so on LOL. Dubli’s system would be something like this if only they were paying the cashbacks.
Here comes the (real) bad news
Although the system is all kinds of dumb by itself, it’s not enough and they don’t even pay the cashbacks.
You can read that again if you want, cause it is totally stupid and at the same time true. I have no idea how they plan on working like that, but they just don’t pay the cashbacks.
All they do is try to join as many people as they can and nothing else (by the way, they pay you 20 bucks or something to join people which I’m sure you know what is considered, but again – I’m not the one to judge, I’m here to share what’s what).
Some “leader” said it wasn’t Dubli’s fault, it was the affiliated sites that weren’t paying… well, it’s all good then LOL, there he is:
To sum it up and make it really simple to comprehend: Dubli is a cashback company that doesn’t pay cahsbacks but charges you more to get more cashbacks… isn’t that just lovely? how can you not join? LOL
I did not think it was important, but some of you have been wondering about the affiliate side of Dubli, so I’ll make it as easy as I can to let you know how it works too (just like I always try to).
In order to become an affiliate and qualify to earn commissions, you have to pay 99 bucks each month… they also have yearly and some other packages I don’t really think are worth mentioning since they are ridiculously expensive and not worth it at all…
…not that the $99 package is worth it, this company is basically all about charging for nothing really and not paying the cashbacks.
The only people who would pay are the ones naive enough to believe they will become rich in a day selling Dubli… these are mostly the new people who know nothing about the internet and what a mess it is out there.
If you plan on promoting this company, you should know you have to target the naive and stupid (I know this is a bit harsh, but the truth is the truth) who, by the way, are a lot, you should also know you will be selling… well, nothing really to them, I don’t think this is the kind of business you’d want to be in.
I’m actually very disappointed with Dubli cause I myself liked the idea of getting money back for buying stuff… cause it’s like free money, I was also going to promote the product to several thousand people on one of my lists, people I know would have been interested…
…but no, they had to turn it into a joke, just like most MLMs nowadays. I really have no idea why people do that, they have to be either extremely stupid or so greedy it’s sad.
Anyway, Dubli is crap, it is no good for anything, you can try their store and hope to get paid, yet no one can guarantee you will get paid, and even if you did, you’d still probably pay more than you’d get back.
All I’ve been hearing about the company ever since they stepped into the US market is:
“They are working on it”
“I believe in the company”
“I’m sure they will pay”
“Take a look at their board of directors”
…and more crap like that which is good for nothing.
I hope they start paying the cashbacks, stop caring about joining people only but about having happy customers, and turn into the cool company they were supposed to be, though I highly doubt this will happen…
…right now they are just the P word that pays some fakers to push their service.
Alright, going to bed cause it’s really late now, thanks for reading and let me know what you think. You Rock!
